  • On the blog there are tons of free recipes and resources to get you well on your way to hosting like an expert. Also available are a number of guides that do all of the thinking for you. Each guide includes editable invites, menu templates, recipes, timelines, shopping list, printable decor and more!

    All you will have to worry about is figuring out who to invite, cleaning your house, and making the food.

  • Absolutely! If decorating is your passion, and one of your favorite things about entertaining, then you should definitely keep doing it.

    So many people don't host because they don't feel like they have the resources to do beautifully decorated parties, but I will tell you how to make a party feel and look special without breaking the bank!

  • If you're a hosting newbie, start small and easy. Focus on potlucks and planning to host events where there is a built in activity, like watching a big sports game, a seasonal craft like carving pumpkins. You can also help share the hosting responsibilities by doing a progressive dinner or cohosting at someone else's home. You can do this!
